Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using my services.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set forth our mutual agreement as to your rights
and responsibilities when you use our, Emma and Janine’s, conflict transformation services.
By using any of (the “Services“) you are agreeing to these Terms. 

Price, Payment and Bookings

The cost of services and payment requirement will be set out with the Registration details or service Proposal. 
Payments are to be made by direct bank transfer to the bank stated on the registration page or invoice.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation by us:
In the event that services are cancelled by us, fees paid are refunded in FULL.

Cancellation by you:
If you are unable to attend a service or event full refund (less any admin costs) is payable if cancellation in writing is received in excess of 7 days from the date of the event or service delivery. After this date, the fee will not be refunded.

A credit note may be issued for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to service delivery by agreement. This can be used to attend a future course or one to one coaching session.
Cancellation of services within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
Where services are delivered to organisations – the Cancellation and Refund policy is outlined in the individual Service Proposal.
In all circumstances – deposits paid are non-refundable.

I am not a psychologist or psychotherapist or psychoanalyst. I do not offer advice, counselling or psychotherapy.
My coaching and training services can challenge you, your family (and/or your organisation) in ways that are dynamic, mentally and emotionally transformational. I work to co-create resonance with the needs and values that are important to you all. The work we do together is highly likely to create change.
If you have any concerns, mental or physical health issues or special needs that may impact the way we work together you can contact me (in full confidence) to discuss whether our services will be appropriate for you or whether you might like to engage some extra support.

By engaging my services, you certify that you acknowledge: 
My training, coaching and mediation services are not a substitute for medical care. Your participation means that you understand and fully accept the above risks, that you participate at your own risk and that you release the organisers and workshop holders and any other participant in any way and in any capacity from any liability for any damage, or loss arising.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to me which means that your records are confidential and will not be shared with any unspecified third party, to the extent permissible by law.
Your personal information is stored by me electronically. I will only use the information provided for the purpose of providing the agreed services, or for informing the service user of the availability of similar services, unless agreed otherwise.

Dissatisfied with our Services

It is my intention to offer services in ways that value equality, inclusion, fairness, care and respect and that support wellbeing. I recognise that, despite my best intention, my services may not always be delivered or received in the way I would like and that there may be times when I do or say things that could stimulate painful feelings for you and events that do not fully meet your needs.
I am committed to learning and improving my sessions and communication and welcome your feedback. Please contact me directly by email sharing what you would like me to know. I will do my best to respond to you within 48 hours.
